<p>REVO PB power controllers are among the latest in the REVO family expanding REVO PN Family up to 90 A per channel.</p>
<p>This is the ideal unit in cases where it is necessary to control and optimize the power. Its optimization algorithm, like an orchestra conductor, distributes the required power of the individual zones while keeping the total power absorbed on the line as constant as possible.</p>
<p>The power fed into the grid without synchronization looks a lot like a raging river. REVO PB distributes the power demand of the individual zones, maintaining more regular absorption and feeding constant power to the grid, without continuous power peaks.</p>

<p>REVO PB is a multi-channel power unit, specifically designed for multi-zone industrial applications. A basic system consists of a single three-channel module, having the same single-phase connection. Using at least three REVO PB modules for a total of 9 power channels it is possible to balance all three phases. For example: N ° 3 Phase R &#8211; Phase S Channels; N ° 3 Phase S &#8211; Phase T channels and N ° 3 Phase R &#8211; Phase T channels.</p>

The power controllers <strong style="color: #1496bd;"> REVO TH </strong> are one of the latest born into the REVO family.<br />
Despite the <strong> formidable compactness</strong>, inside there are <strong> three independent SCR power units </strong>, which thanks to <strong> thyristor abundantly oversized in their junctions</strong>, they can manage <strong> currents up to 90A with a maximum voltage of 600V</strong>.</p>
<p>Using <strong>Modbus and/or the more common fieldbus</strong>, multiple units can be connected to each other and therefore the ideal application area is the <strong> control of heating elements on multiple zones </strong> such as the simultaneous control of multiple <strong> IR lamps</strong>.</p>

<p>Through the use of the <strong style="color: #1496bd;"> TU-RS unit </strong> it is possible to connect the REVO TH with most of the most common field buses on systems including <strong> PROFINET</strong>, <strong> PROFIBUS DP</strong>, <strong> EtherNet / IP</strong>, <strong>ModbusTCP</strong>.</p>

<p>Each unit manages 3 independent control loops. The unit can be purchased with the diagnostic functions for the load and for the SCRs. In this case there is a <strong style="color: #1496bd;"> amperometric transformer </strong> for each channel.</p>
<p>Each power channel is always equipped with <strong style="color: #1496bd;"> extra rapid fuses</strong>.</p>
<p>The power inside the unit, current transformer and extra rapid fuses in a single unit save a considerable <strong style="color: #1496bd;"> space inside the panel and time for wiring</strong>.</p>
<p>Available in the following currents: 35, 50, 75 and 90A with maximum voltages 480V and 600V.</p>

CD Automation wants to propose an approach that focuses designers on the need to better balance the loads on the three phases. When it is possible, it is always better to balance the three phases. This is often difficult with a modularity 4 or 8 zones, which push the designer not to balance the three phases to avoid adding other modules that are underused.</p>
<p>For those applications that necessarily have to use four zones, CD Automation also offers the RT2 two thermoregulation zone model, which has an additional input that can be used for a safety measurement or for measuring the Melt pressure in extruders for plastic materials.</p>
